Jackson Fire & Security have been working in the industry since 1991 and have a well founded reputation for quality, service and competitive pricing.
Started by Steve Jackson and Tim Fletcher, the business has gradually enhanced it's credibility in the industry for customer service and value. The emphasis put on training the staff and building the business on sound business principles has left the business today in good financial health.The company has it's own Estimating / Survey Department and uses directly employed labour to carry out the works on a day to day basis. Staff are the key to our success along with strong management principles to ensure that we provide excellent customer service.
Other added value items recently include the inception in 2004 of our ""Jackson One Call"" service, where we have found that our customer awareness and use of the business for many services has risen dramatically. The main benefit of the Jackson One Call System is that our customers achieve cost savings and limit the disruption to their business by having all items done at the same time.
We have over 25 staff working full time, with a 24 hour, all year around call out service that is second to none in the industry and of course, we are looking for more customers and working hard to retain our current customer base too.
